Bright yellow color. Intense and complex on the nose, it has a wide range of fruity and floral aromas: white flowers blended to the soft notes of spice and dried fruit. The taste is gently warm, dry and mineral; intense and persistent.
WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos. It refines in the bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
It goes perfectly with seafood, appetizer, white meat and fresh cheese. Serving cold.
